How to Access Stellar Blade NIKKE DLC - Where to Find Volt and Scarlet
Quick guide on accessing the Goddess of Victory: NIKKE DLC in Stellar Blade. Find Volt, meet Scarlet, and unlock all the NIKKE content and missions.
Finally Got the NIKKE DLC Working - Here’s How to Actually Access It!
Just spent way too long figuring out how to access the NIKKE collaboration content, so here’s a quick breakdown for anyone else who’s confused about where everything is! 🤖
TL;DR - Requirements to Access NIKKE DLC
Need to complete: “Xion, the Last Remaining City” main mission
Location: Wasteland area - look for Volt (the robot dog)
For everything: You’ll need to reach Great Desert too
What You Actually Get in the DLC
Before we jump into how to access it, here’s what you’re getting:
- 5 new shooting mini-game missions with Scarlet (like a mini arcade shooter!)
- 5 new NIKKE outfits for EVE (1 Bone-Wrench each)
- 5 new hairstyles (1 Bone-Wrench each)
- New fishing content with NIKKE-themed collectibles
- Volt’s shop - your new vendor for NIKKE gear
Each mission gives you 2 Bone-Wrenches, so you can get everything by completing all missions.
Step-by-Step: How to Access the DLC
Step 1: Progress the Main Story
You need to get far enough to unlock the Wasteland area. Specifically:
- Complete “7th Airborne Squad”
- Complete “Scavenger Adam”
- Complete “Xion, the Last Remaining City”
This takes about 3 hours if you’re rushing through. Once you start the “Altess Levoire” mission, you’re good to go!
Step 2: Find Volt in the Wasteland
Location: Central Wasteland area, just south of the main entrance
Look for: A robot dog near some containers
I missed this at first because Volt blends in with all the other junk scattered around. He’s not super obvious, so check the south-central area carefully.
Step 3: Meet Scarlet
Once you interact with Volt, you’ll get a cutscene and meet Scarlet - she’s your main contact for all the NIKKE missions.
She’ll explain the whole situation about retrieving stolen items and offer you the first mission.
The NIKKE Missions Breakdown
All missions follow the same format - it’s basically a cover-based shooting mini-game where you fight waves of enemies:
Mission List:
- Scarlet and Volt’s Situation - Tutorial mission (2 Bone-Wrenches)
- Scarlet and Volt’s Predicament - Gets harder (2 Bone-Wrenches)
- Scarlet and Volt’s Plight - Even more enemies (2 Bone-Wrenches)
- Scarlet and Volt’s Circumstance - (2 Bone-Wrenches)
- Scarlet and Volt’s Quagmire - Final mission (2 Bone-Wrenches)
Pro Tips for the Shooting Sections:
- Always prioritize Turret Droids - they do the most damage
- Shoot the wandering robots - yellow ones explode and stun enemies, green ones give health
- Use your Burst attacks - Triangle burst is great for AOE damage
- Switch covers when you see the Corrupter’s yellow globe attack
Unlocking Everything Else
For the Fishing Content:
You need to progress further until you get the “Abyss Levoire” mission, which unlocks the Great Desert area. The NIKKE fishing collectibles are located there.
Shopping at Volt’s Store:
Once you meet Scarlet, Volt becomes a vendor. You can buy:
- NIKKE outfits: Elegant Dress, Elysian Combat Uniform, Never Look Back, Missing Link, Cooling Suit
- NIKKE hairstyles: Noble Elegance, Standard Long, Energetic Bangs, First Affection, Poppin’ Twin Tails
Everything costs 1 Bone-Wrench each, so you need 10 total (5 missions × 2 rewards = perfect!)
Common Issues I Ran Into
- Can’t find Volt? Make sure you’ve actually completed “Xion, the Last Remaining City” - he won’t appear until then
- No cutscene when interacting? Try reloading the area or fast traveling away and back
- Missing missions? Some are locked behind Great Desert access, so keep progressing the main story
- DLC not showing up? Check that you actually purchased/downloaded the collaboration pack
Final Thoughts
The NIKKE collaboration is actually pretty fun! The shooting sections remind me of those old arcade games, and the outfits look great on EVE. Plus, if you’re a NIKKE player, seeing Scarlet in Stellar Blade is pretty cool.
The missions aren’t too difficult, but they’re a nice change of pace from the main game’s combat. Definitely worth doing if you want some fresh content and new cosmetics!
Already accessed the DLC? Let me know which outfit is your favorite! I’m torn between the Elysian Combat Uniform and Never Look Back 🤔
